ZUVOOX is operated by Digistick Services Private Limited.



Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of initial purchase

Refunds are applicable only if the service has not been substantially used

Setup fees, WhatsApp conversation charges, and third-party fees are non-refundable



Non-Refundable Cases


Refunds will not be issued if:

WhatsApp API is already activated

Messaging or campaigns have been executed

The request is made after the refund window



Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime. Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
